Hundreds of men, women and children die every day from not finding the right blood donor. Whether it's for a transplant or a blood transfusion, more individuals across the world are forced to either accept their fate or look towards unsanitary means, such as the black market. Without the right blood type or blood transfusion several medical problems can occur, with the most undesirable being fatality.
www.RealDonor.org is building a community of like-minded individuals who are willing to share their blood type and join an international group of people whom, if called upon, can make a difference in someone else's well-being. www.RealDonor.org has put together a Facebook page for individuals who support this movement to help out individuals throughout the world. Individuals who "like" the webpage are not expected to be blood donors themselves and will not be called upon to be unless you would like to make a difference and contact the organization. All that is asked is for the word to get out about the need to give blood throughout not just our community but others all around the world. Please like this page and spread the word to help make a difference in the world around us.
